TAS REALTY LLC entered the Dubai property market in 2005, whilst the city was undergoing rapid change and economic growth. Getting a golden visa from the UAE no doubt has its perks. Long-term residency in the UAE will enable you to move freely in and out of the country without any hassles. Property investors in the UAE can now benefit from getting a golden visa through an investment.

Real estate investors can obtain the golden visa even though they are purchasing a property with a loan from specific local banks.
